Getting here
Madame Tussauds is conveniently located on Marylebone/Euston Road, one of the major east west artery of Central London and is therefore easily accessible to visitors. Depending on where you hotel is located (please click here to book a hotel near Madame Tussauds), you may get there by foot, taking a cab, the bus or the tube. It has a very distinctive green dome as it used to house the London Planetarium and is therefore easily recognisable on Marylebone road. There is usually a big ticket queue on the sidewalk in front of the building and it’s really hard to miss. We strongly recommend to get your ticket online in order to skip the lines
The nearest underground is Baker Street tube station, which is on the Jubilee, Bakerloo, Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith and City lines. There are some clear indications for Madame Tussauds inside of the station. Finally if you are coming from outside of London, there is the Marylebone train station only a short walk away to the West.

Madame Tussauds takes about 2 hours for a full visit and there are two various opening times: peak and non peak.
Peak opening times are between 9am to 6pm on weekends, UK school holidays, bank holidays and the whole of the summer period from July through August. It gets usually quieter after 15.00 with less school group visits.

At the door, prices are usually £28.00 for an Adult and £24.00 for a Child. You may however save from 10% up to 30% or more by booking online at least a day in advance. It is also the best way to avoid the front door queues with faster entry with use of the Priority Access.
